Great trampoline, but it's a shame the ladder is not included!!! It's still quite a cost, we added some small equipment/material... Too bad!

The trampoline corresponds to what we expected. It is space-saving and its assembly was not difficult. The delivery went very well within a very short time. Now the children are waiting for nice weather to fully enjoy it! We would like to find a protective cover that completely covers the trampoline (mat and protective net) but apparently, this does not exist at France Trampoline.

Satisfied overall, except the net was unstitched during installation (not very sturdy???) but the problem was quickly resolved. It was replaced after 3 days, their customer service is great, very serious and efficient. We'll see the wear over time.

Fast and compliant delivery. Good quality material, with a downside though for the opening of the net being too small (the zipper won't last long) and the protective cushion is not very thick. Nevertheless, good purchase, I recommend.

Very good "Trampoline Jump'Up 250 with net" for my child + very good quality + ease of assembly (even alone)... Thanks to that, the fabric is resistant up to 120kg, I can even accompany my son to show him the right moves, which is not the case with all other manufacturers of this type of trampoline. (be careful not to jump with 2 at the same time on the fabric, as there is a risk of collision!) 2 downsides: - during my delivery, the transport was carried out via 2 different carriers, which lengthens the delivery time. - also, the box where the spring protection cushion is stored was damaged, and thus slightly torn...
