Very good as always. At first, one thinks that 15€ for delivery is expensive, but afterwards, the service is there. Impeccable delivery with a text message for choosing delivery times and even the possibility of changing the address (neighbor). Perfect and compliant material. Best regards.

The delivery times were respected, but the boxes were damaged without the material being affected. For assembly, it is necessary to be two; otherwise, it’s a hassle, otherwise good material to recommend.

Excellent service! Fast delivery as expected, very easy and quick assembly for an adult and an 11-year-old child, happy to help. I had to buy a soft material to place under the feet of the trampoline (as it was placed on a hard surface). Perhaps a recommendation on what to put and where to buy it would have helped me.

Only one small problem with the delivery where I had to call many times to be delivered on time. I had requested express delivery in 48 hours and if I hadn't called your services several times and called the delivery person, I would have been delivered 5 days later.

Very good, except the cushion attachments that broke. Be careful not to hook them with the net attachment underneath but around the circular tube of the trampoline. I have warned and hope for a replacement delivery of the elastics???????? I am still waiting. Otherwise, the edge of the cushion rises and reveals the trampoline tube, probably due to the net. There would probably be a need for additional cushion attachments. Otherwise, excellent product. Excellent sturdiness when my daughters jump on it, nothing moves. Well done to France Trampoline.

First, the website is very well constructed to help choose the trampoline. We opted for the model ***. The order went smoothly and delivery was in less than a week. Having the experience of a trampoline bought from large retailers that lasted 4 years before the fabric tore; upon receipt, I noticed the difference in quality: the structure, fabric, and protection are really sturdier and justify the price difference. The only downside is the fragility of the plastic hooks for closing the entrance. The paper manual is a bit lacking, but the tutorial found on YouTube is perfect.

I am satisfied with the purchase of the trampoline. However, the assembly manual is really not up to par. I spent 2 days assembling it. You can take inspiration from the assembly drawings at *** where everything is explained from A to Z.
