Satisfied in every way, quality and robust material, easy assembly, careful and fast delivery, impeccable after-sales service. I bought a jump'up of 3.90m two years ago for my two daughters, it stays outside all year without any problem, just a wipe down from time to time and it's ready for jumping again. In January 2016 during a violent gust of wind, it turned over even though I had never taken the time to secure the trampoline, as a result, the net bars got bent and the fiberglass arch broke. I just had to call customer service to order the replacement parts and reassemble everything. Having spare parts nowadays is not to be neglected...

We ordered a 4m30 trampoline and we are satisfied with our purchase. The assembly instructions are quite clear. However, the protections on the pillars are not mentioned in the instructions and we realized this once finished, but nothing too bothersome. However, after assembly, we noticed that one pillar end was broken. But I can't say if it was broken before assembly because we did not check the parts. Good purchase.

Hello, between the order taking and the delivery, nothing to say. Impeccable service. Now I just have to wait for better weather to set up the trampoline and test it.

The trampoline is of very good quality. However, assembly takes much longer than announced (a little over 5 hours of struggle for 2 people, against one hour indicated in the assembly manual). The fiberglass rod is very difficult to assemble correctly and to close. If assembly option had been possible, it would have been perfect.

Some plastic ties holding the net loosened right from the start, I contacted customer service who immediately rectified the issue without any discussion: they sent me about fifteen much more durable metal ties for free.
