A very good and super easy purchase, excellent support before and during the order. Since I chose a large trampoline, the assembly was not as simple as expected: it's not difficult the way to do it, but in the assembly of the pipes, there was a hole for the screw that was not well aligned. But, in any case (which is more important), the trampoline is really sturdy and bounces fantastically!!!

I ordered a protective net online, it was sent to me along with the fixing bars which I had no need for!!

Hello Sir, We have noted your comment and we apologize for the inconvenience, but after checking, you ordered online the complete 4m60 PREMIUM protective net which includes, as indicated in the product sheet, the textile net, the posts, the attachments, the caps, and the fiberglass arcs. This item is found in the ACCESSORIES section of our website. If you wanted just the textile net, for example, you should have gone to the SPARE PARTS section and then to the NET PARTS tab where we offer either a net with strap or for fiberglass arc. If you wish and if the items are still new, you can return the unused parts to our warehouse. The attachments of the trampo-foot are very fragile (plastic) and are already broken. The trampo-foot is not worth its price.
