VERY SATISFIED: not only is the trampoline of good quality but also the customer service is reachable and attentive to you. Following a storm after a year of use, the trampoline was "damaged": torn jumping mat, 4 bent poles, torn safety net. To be sure to order the right parts, I advise you to call them: they are easily reachable, give good advice, and are responsive. If only all online sales sites were as professional!

Hello Sir, We have taken your comment regarding the delivery of a protective cover into account. We are sorry to see that the Kuehne Nagel carrier's site does not suit you. However, you could have sent us a quick email with your request, and we would have forwarded your address change in a few minutes. Moreover, we clearly indicate that currently, only deliveries for a trampoline are made by appointment. A delivery for an accessory or spare part is made without an appointment. It is necessary to provide an address where someone can receive a package all day: either a workplace or a family member. The France Trampoline team.

A quality trampoline. Relatively easy to assemble and sturdy. The children are super happy. Quick delivery. The only small downside: for delivery, you have to be available all day (they do not give a time of passage).
