A perfect service for both the trampoline and the accessories. This is my 6th order and it is always impeccable. However, it always takes 5 minutes for them to identify my account by phone with each call; their management system seems to date back to the 20th century! The main thing is that the phone reception and the delivered product are top-notch; the spare parts in stock are also very useful after 8 years of use...

Very happy with the product, just like the first time. But, for the second time, we are again unhappy with your delivery process. When the recipient has a professional life that involves uncertainties, receiving your packages becomes very complicated and costly. We had to go all the way to Bondoufle to pick up a trampoline cover! Can't you use the services of La Poste, which leaves a delivery notice, or those of a local shop that closes late in the evening (like a café for example)? Others do it and it's much more convenient.

VERY SATISFIED: not only is the trampoline of good quality but also the customer service is reachable and attentive to you. Following a storm after a year of use, the trampoline was "damaged": torn jumping mat, 4 bent poles, torn safety net. To be sure to order the right parts, I advise you to call them: they are easily reachable, give good advice, and are responsive. If only all online sales sites were as professional!
