Good quality product, assembly is quite easy once you understand the instructions. The jumping mat seems really too small at the beginning of the assembly compared to the frame but it retracts under the tension of the 84 springs! K+N road carrier very inflexible about appointments, you need to reserve a whole day.

Hello, I just saw now that my review had been "posted" and read the response from France Trampoline. Very pleasantly surprised to have received replacement hooks by mail (which I had mentioned in my initial review), I am tempted to give one more star because really everything has been perfect so far. As a regular online buyer, I have never seen such responsiveness and professionalism... Bravo to everyone. PS: Having limited access to the trampoline to three, my 11 grandchildren are queuing for their turn!!! You should offer an entry counter as an option, with a green light or red light for large families... Best regards, A happy and delighted buyer

Very good product, very easy to assemble. Very secure (safety net, double door to access the trampoline). The logo in the center of the mat is very important as a reference for jumps, however its printing does not last over time, which is a shame. The protective cover is very useful, especially with the small windows to let water through in case of rain, it would have been relevant to place some on the corners because the ground where the trampoline is positioned is not always horizontal, which causes water to accumulate on one side. Good packaging despite the fact that the ends holding the safety net cable were broken and this despite a box without damage, a very disappointing point. Despite these few remarks, the product remains of excellent quality.

I am very happy with this trampoline but two days after receiving it, the plastic attachments to close the trampoline all broke!! I informed France trampoline who immediately sent me new attachments and even a bit more, I find this very professional and very pleasant to have responsive and serious people, that is why I highly recommend them.

Shipping costs very expensive and delivery a bit long for a bag of hooks that are far too fragile! Too bad because the trampoline is of good quality....

GOOD AND FAST

The trampoline is a very good product and we are very satisfied. However, after discussing with several friends, we are surprised not to have benefited from a special offer such as the free protective cover that our friends were able to receive. A small remark also on the hooks holding the protective net: these plastic hooks are subjected to too much force and open very easily until they escape and release the net. They need to be put back in place very often. Our daughter is the only one using the trampoline and she only weighs 44 kg at 15 years old.

I was able to set up the trampoline yesterday after a few hours of concentration... rewarded with some really great moments afterwards with my children. Very good and beautiful material. However, I have a (new) complaint to pass on to you: it concerns the anchoring kit that was delivered with the trampoline. It was a kit offered with a promo code supposedly compatible with the oval 490 that I purchased. After installation, it seems that it is not. The straps are far too short to connect the anchor and the structure of the trampoline (the steel tube where the springs are attached) as presented in the diagram of the manual. Would the kit provided correspond to a shorter model?
