Good responsiveness to a size problem which happens to be the protective net. A second one was sent which unfortunately was also not the right one and I am still waiting for the correct net for a 4.90m.

Shipping and delivery were perfect. The assembly manuals leave something to be desired for occasional DIYers, especially for the foot fixation (orientation of the ergo as once in place it is very difficult to correct).

The trampoline is very good, of very good quality. However, the trampoline was a bit damaged during transport: scratches and some damaged elastics, but everything works. Otherwise, the quality/price ratio of France trampoline is the best.

Easy order, ultra-fast shipping, accessories received exactly as I expected. But shipping costs are exorbitant 14€ for a package of about 1kg ... HOWEVER, it is indicated on the site that the delivery company will contact to set an appointment for receiving the package ... FALSE ... We found a delivery notice in the mailbox one evening and obtaining a new delivery is purely impossible! We had to make a 120 km round trip (Angers / Le Mans) to pick up the package! You would do well to use postal services they are more serious and cheaper!

Very good phone contact. Excellent follow-up of the delivery, very fast. Easy assembly (it's heavy and you need to take the time to look very carefully at the instructions) for such a large trampoline. The only downside is the plastic attachment hooks of the safety net: 5 broke on the first jump (there was only one person) and they were well attached as per the instructions. Metal attachments (like carabiners) might be better.

second trampoline purchased (as a gift for the family) - quality since ours has been holding up against the kids for several years ... Satisfied with the after-sales service although a bit slow.
