A very good and super easy purchase, excellent support before and during the order. Since I chose a large trampoline, the assembly was not as simple as expected: it's not difficult the way to do it, but in the assembly of the pipes, there was a hole for the screw that was not well aligned. But, in any case (which is more important), the trampoline is really sturdy and bounces fantastically!!!

The attachments of the trampo-foot are very fragile (plastic) and are already broken. The trampo-foot is not worth its price.

Excellent phone reception, straightforward and honest response, delivery on time, good quality trampoline, easy assembly. The only downside is that the green protective covers of the bars rise up and reveal the white padding, it's a shame there are no Velcros.
