Material and service of very good quality. We bought our trampoline over 5 years ago and it has remained in very good condition, unlike our acquaintances who bought models from different brands that quickly deteriorated. Moreover, we are located in a very windy area and the trampoline's fixation has remained very solid. We appreciated being warned by email about strong winds announced by the weather. A big thank you to the France Trampoline teams who did the impossible to ensure that my daughter's trampoline was delivered on her birthday because the carrier did a bad job (delivery SMS for 3 consecutive days and FORGOT delivery, so the trampoline should not have been there on Tuesday). Congratulations to the staff who answer the phone, they did an excellent job, kindness (as I was unhappy) and efficiency (they had the trampoline delivered on the right day even though I called them around 3 PM to tell them that the carrier still hadn't delivered that day). Hello, very good quality of the product. The assembly instructions just need to be improved with diagrams, larger and more precise photos, and in color.

Very pleasantly surprised by the respect of the delivery time during the July 14th holiday, in a small village in the Var. Simple assembly for a handyman, but the instructions are sometimes confusing due to too many unnecessary details!!! The protective sleeves for the poles are calculated very tightly to the point of having a lot of trouble fitting them, the same goes for the upper supports of the net. The plastic snap hooks for the lower net attachment are few and not strong given the stresses endured (already one broken). Overall, it is a pity not to have any spare parts, one lost nut in the greenery and it's a hassle to find it... The inner closure with Velcro is not very reassuring. Otherwise, for now, four of our grandchildren are enjoying it to the maximum without any particular problem, tomorrow there will be 6 more, so we will see about the overall sturdiness of your product!!! Pleasantly surprised also by its good wind resistance, it did not budge despite a strong mistral to which it is exposed... In summary, for children between 10 and 4 years old, it is exactly the product we were looking for. The only weak point for now is the lower hooks of the net (which motivated my rating of 4 out of 5) PS: the gift of the super water gun immediately joins the corner of items reserved for parents!!)

Family trampoline 360cm. Delivery was done in a week, everything was very well packaged. After some difficulties to fit the "T" parts, assembly went smoothly. The trampoline is very beautiful and seems very solid, at least compared to those found in supermarkets. Our son is delighted!

Trampoline Oxygen 250 - Delivery, product packaging, all parts were OK. The trampoline is indeed easy to assemble by following the detailed and precise assembly manual. Everything is compliant and of good quality (Not "made in China"!) Assembled last Sunday, to be seen in use, of course. One criticism nonetheless, the protective sleeves, in 2 parts, (foam tube and green plastic hose) for the net supports...

We already had a trampoline purchased from France trampoline, we only needed to change the mat and a few hooks. I found all my answers easily on the site which is very easy to use. Fast and careful delivery.

We ordered a protective mat for the trampoline. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the design. Much better quality than the original (rebo). Only regret we would have liked an instruction manual for fixing the mat, with the elastics on which balls are fixed.

Serious company. Staff who knows how to 'go the extra mile' when there is an unforeseen event (palette inversion in my case). The equipment is well up to expectations. I ordered a Waouh 390, my children can't get enough of it and neither can I (1 hour a day). The day I find it too small, I will order an Apollo 500!
