Trampoline of very good quality, easy assembly, possible to do alone without difficulties. The only downside is the foam covers on the bars surrounding the trampoline that keep slipping, leaving the white foam unprotected in some places. Otherwise, very happy with the size (3.60m) and the design.

very good trampoline: wow 4m30. our children have fun on it from morning till night! one flaw, the safety net was a bit torn upon opening. the protective cover is easy to put on and fits very well! the delay between ordering and delivery is 5 days. I recommend it to all our friends!

very disappointed with the delivery: no call to tell me when the delivery would be made contrary to the promises of the site - the delivery person arrived unexpectedly, by chance I was home: fortunately for me I was on leave that day - the box was torn (merchandise not damaged) but impossible to check if all the parts are in the package before the delivery person left given the speed at which he drops the package and leaves - it is a small trampoline but still, the promises of the site are far from being kept - the delivery is subcontracted but the site is responsible for its subcontractor.

We ordered and paid for a trampoline AND an anchoring kit and have still not received the anchoring kit. We still have not heard back despite several reports (delivery note, email, phone calls)... Please send it to us as soon as possible.

The trampoline meets my expectations in terms of quality. You have to be careful not to mount the feet too quickly before being sure of your shot because going back is difficult once it's plugged in, especially for orientation. It would be worth specifying this in the assembly instructions. Otherwise, it's a delight and the oval shape really adds a real plus both in terms of use and space taken on the ground. The quality of the associated tarp is also very good and simple and quick to put on. I recommend it even if its price is quite high.

The order and delivery went well, but the product (trampoline roof) is not as good as I expected. It is not an item developed by France Trampoline, it is just distributed by them and it shows in the inferior quality compared to other products. Assembly is laborious because even with several people, the roof is difficult to handle to be lifted to the right height. The instructions advise to dismantle it as soon as there are heavy rains or wind!!! Very difficult to comply with if it takes 3 or 4 people ready to spend half an hour dismantling it each time! So, I leave it and will see how long it lasts, knowing that to avoid water pockets, I pulled the tarp with clamps.

Delivery within the announced timeframe, on the day by a friendly delivery person. Quite easy to assemble, and rather quick for a device of this size. No particular difficulty. One point to possibly improve: the black caps on top of the poles tend to come off... a bit: find a way to clip them.

Order placed by phone, pleasant and accommodating contact person. Top product quality. Only issue, big problem with the plastic hooks holding the safety net and protective tarp. 1. Too fragile, many break 2. Poor assembly instructions in the manual (that's why they break) 3. Problem mentioned in multiple reviews.... Without this, it would have been flawless, it's a shame.

We are happy with the result, the material seems to be of quality and designed to last, except perhaps for the plastic attachments of the net. However, I take away one star for the quality of the assembly instructions, which I find insufficiently detailed. I recommend reading several pages ahead of where you are, to be sure to understand well (for example, that the holes must be facing the connectors when you insert the legs, impossible to correct afterwards). And to not lose or break any screws as there are no spares. If, like me, you break a screw, it's a DIY system to finish because it's impossible to keep the kids waiting any longer.

I was looking for a quality trampoline that could last without problems. The strength of the net, the ground mat, and the frame seems reliable so that the children can play safely for a few years without needing to disassemble it in winter like my previous trampoline.
