The trampoline we ordered is very good, easy to assemble. However, we were supposed to receive the football game that was supposed to go inside but we received nothing

Ovalie 430 trampoline. It arrived in 3 boxes all on the same pallet, well organized, the parts classified by sub-assembly. Assembly is quite easy provided you are a bit meticulous and follow the steps one by one - in total plan for a full day for 1 person (at certain stages, a second person is appreciated). The trampoline seems to be of excellent quality and the oval shape allows for larger jumps while taking up less space in the garden... the kids love it. I found it to be 'softer' than circular trampolines of equivalent size, thus gentler and more pleasant to bounce on. Very happy with my purchase for now.

Very good phone reception during the purchase. Delivery OK. It took quite a while to set up the trampoline but in the end, the kids and teens are happy. However, there is a big issue with the safety net, the attachments do not hold and detach as soon as a child jumps. We have therefore lost some attachments and now only the elastics remain... Too bad...

I am satisfied with the service

This trampoline has changed our lives. The kids use it every day for the past 2 months, whether after school or on weekends. They are always outside even when we can't take them to the park. The only downside is that the other garden toys are used much less!

Moreover, we can adapt games like trampo foot and the target and other things. It is very sturdy, I think it will last over time at least I am convinced of it. Excellent trampoline, but delivery was poor... the delivery person was supposed to call before coming, he never did. We had to call several times and their delivery times are incompatible when you work. Eventually, the carrier agreed to come at 8 am one morning before we left for work to drop off the package.
