Excellent and fast service

Very good quality trampoline since we received it, everyone has a lot of fun, both adults and children. The assembly is not very difficult and the trampoline is very sturdy. The only small downside for now is the plastic carabiners that hold the net which are not very sturdy.

Hello, Very good site, complete information on the products. Trampoline received on the agreed day with appointment as indicated. Number of packages complete but the bottom of the main box was torn, a spring bag got lost: Immediate response from customer service upon simple email request and missing springs redelivered within 5 days: Perfect! Regarding the product (Booster 4.30m) nothing to complain about, very good quality, easy assembly, be careful to respect the direction of the fiberglass arches of the protective net or else like me you will have to remove one to re-thread it (not easy). 5 obvious stars.

Speed, delivery within the announced deadlines, good quality products. However: - the anchoring kit seems a bit light and not necessarily suitable for different types of ground - the protective cover allows water to accumulate on the trampoline (lacks a central rise to drain water outside) and the incorporation of ventilation grids lets water through

Overall satisfactory service. Pleasant and competent telephone reception. Good quality material, some additional explanations in the assembly instructions would not be too much (especially on the assembly of the net support circle)

-The quality of the trampoline seems very good, to be seen in use but it looks promising :) -The commercial contact is available and efficient, -but be careful not to forget the additional accessories :) (twice ^^ :) ) the anchoring kit arrived after the storm of these days, fortunately I had taken precautions :) -providing a tracking number for accessories would be a plus -the clips to fix the net are a bit fragile in summary, great advantages to choosing a specialist, easily reachable without intermediaries who ensures and reassures for after-sales service and quality :)

We received our trampoline very quickly, deadlines widely respected, quality packaging. Completely meets our expectations, the children are delighted. Solid trampoline, of great quality. Customer service available and good advice.

Delivery on time and perfect packaging.

Good service. It seems solid and made to last. The kids love it! Ordered on the 18th, contacted on the 20th to schedule delivery and delivered on the 23rd at the agreed time. The packages are well packaged and easily identifiable. The material seems to be of quality. Assembly is not difficult as long as there are 2 people and the instructions are followed (properly position the holes on the feet facing down as indicated in the assembly). One remark regarding the assembly of the protective cover (optional) without undoing the lower hooks of the safety net: The site indicates that it is possible by disengaging the arch of the net at the top of each leg and then letting the arch and the net fall onto the mat which can then easily be covered by the cover. I couldn't manage with all the holes of the poles (those at the top to engage the arch) turned outward (as recommended). The net was too tight and the holes too small because of the reinforcements sewn at each hole (which is a good thing to avoid tearing). So I turned some poles to have these holes facing inward (not all: 6/8 to keep 2 facing outward which prevents the arch from coming undone by itself, you never know) and there it works without too much force as long as you are tall enough. This allows you to easily drop the net to put on the cover on windy and rainy days. I think that in winter I will store the net.

Material (wow 4.6) compliant and delivered very quickly (2 days!) good telephone reception and response to my questions. Note the main package is very heavy! (70/80 kg...) the trampoline seems very solid, to see over time - assembly took 2h30 for 1 adult and two children correct instructions (however do not rush especially remember to align the feet according to the position of the detrompeur before pushing them into the T piece... not specified in the instructions...) the hardest part! : threading the arch into the top part of the safety net... Small galvanization problem on a support for a stake changed in the process by return mail from customer service. so for now satisfied with the purchase
