Superb product. Very good quality, the whole seems very solid, which is reassuring. Easy to assemble. Small downside, the protective cover for the mat is difficult to assemble with the safety net in place.

Honestly super, the delivery, the product itself, it's great! Just one problem with the ladder, we never managed to assemble it, even with two people!! The plan is poor and even once understood, we never managed to do it. Without that, I would have given 5 stars.

The price-quality ratio is exceptional. The trampolines are a bit more expensive than elsewhere but the quality is there. However, the instruction manual could be a bit clearer. Sometimes the drawings are difficult to understand.

Very good customer service, protective cover changed (torn just before the warranty expired - trampoline assembled in a place highly exposed to wind) for a model with additional fixing straps to prevent the problem from recurring.

One remark however on the assembly instructions regarding the assembly of the frame: better specify the order of assembly of the first elements to ensure the alignment of the holes with the notches, otherwise you have to disassemble elements adjusted a bit forcefully if you haven't aligned everything well. A bit disappointed with the average quality of small elements: U-clamp system with nut for fixing net poles with feet, adjustment system for anchoring straps and plastic stop elements for the steps of the ladder.
