Fast delivery. Excellent quality product (jump'up 300). Easy assembly, very clear instructions. Our 3 children (13-8-3 years) are delighted and so are we 😊 France trampoline was recommended to us by friends and we did well to listen to them. Certainly more expensive than products sold on discount sites or other sports stores but of super quality. We recommend France trampoline.

The carrier was supposed to contact me before delivery to arrange an appointment. No contact was made. Delivery was made to a neighbor...! Big lack of trust if a future purchase were to be made.

Robust material and generally well designed. The instructions could be more explicit to avoid assembly errors (orientation of the legs, direction of the net, etc.). The lower attachment of the net to the springs is a disaster (the attachments break one by one). I managed to secure all the attachments with a cord that goes around under the spring area.

The charming seller on the phone took a long time to find my customer file and must have an outdated computer system or does not know how to use it well. He informed me perfectly and advised me perfectly. He told me that I would be delivered in 1 week and when I called back after 1 week, he told me he would send me the carrier's phone by email and ultimately made a mistake and sent me the phone number of the France trampoline switchboard.

Excellent value for money. High-quality product (a competing product of 4m20 has only 90 springs, here for the 4m30 there are 230 springs). Instructions need improvement for the ladder and anchoring.

Perfect timing, delivery matching the order well. However, I regretted that we could not contact the delivery person to agree on a date. I was not home during the delivery. Fortunately, neighbors were able to receive my package. Having the carrier come back: a waste of time and money.

Good reception on the phone and helpful advice for making a choice. Respect for the delivery deadline (however, I paid for express delivery following the technician's advice). Good product quality, easy assembly. Now to see over time, as it's a shame the protective cover is not included, it could be provided at no extra cost!!!

Very good quality trampoline, easy to assemble (plan to assemble it with two people though), order delivered quickly but the delivery appointment is between 9 am and 5 pm... and the boxes were damaged, fortunately without damaging the trampoline.

Very good quality trampoline, solid and reassuring. Assembly is easy, but you should plan several hours (about 3 for the oval). Only downside: the carrier did not contact us before coming to the house... Fortunately, he was able to return 2 hours later and we managed to be there... But that doesn't take away from the seriousness of the trampolines.
