Perfect service. Replacement of the jumping mat under warranty after 4 years of use, following initial tearing: no issues since. Replacement of the net and protective cover after 5 years of use, and extreme temperatures (-15° in the north to heat in the southwest in full sun): no issues since. The children, as they grow up, still enjoy using it... Small detail: the net seems thinner than the previous one. Second detail: a jumper weighs more than 80kg.

Order and delivery superb. The trampoline itself is perfect 'solid' aesthetic, the safety net is of very good quality. I even had to use customer service because the upper protection foams were missing at delivery, after contact I received the foams within 3 days.

Excellent product once assembled. But what a hassle to assemble given the extremely poorly made instructions (too much literature and not enough precise diagrams). We took nearly 7 hours. But we are very satisfied with our purchase

Fast shipping, quality trampoline and very appreciated by our children (and the older ones). However, the roof of the trampoline was quite complicated to set up. The images do not quite correspond to the product received.

good size trampoline but a bit disappointed with the quality, given the price of the trampoline, the 3 safety straps to close the trampoline net broke after 2 days like paper so I hope that the trampoline will hold up over time and that it is of better quality than its straps by the way if you could send me others thank you in advance

I had read the reviews on this same page before buying and frankly, I don't see what else to add to confirm the quality of the trampoline purchased. Moreover, I was well advised by phone, the trampoline is well suited to the use we make of it as well as to the child's age. Those who helped me set it up were amazed by the quality of the product.

Information taken by phone before the purchase, very available staff, we were well guided. Delivery made within the deadlines, items very well protected and packaged. Assembly of the trampoline took about 2.5 hours (only error in the manual: positioning of the legs at 90° and not 45°!). Very satisfied with the purchase, trampoline which is very solid, well designed which is really reassuring. Not yet used as the grandchildren are not yet on vacation, to see therefore in use and with hindsight.
