5 stars for France trampoline and none for your service provider. Too bad this lowers my opinion of you. Your material is great and we know why we buy from you and not *** especially since the after-sales service and customer follow-up is good. Too bad to entrust your delivery service to such a poor 'service' provider.

Excellent product. Excellent service. We hesitated for a long time before choosing the France Trampoline model given the higher price compared to other products. But no regrets!! The kids (we have 4, yes) are having a blast on this trampoline and impressing their friends. Solid, durable, comfortable, safe, pure happiness! Impeccable service with delivery in 48H to home by carrier. Highly recommend without reservations (PS: I have nothing to gain by saying these words...) It's just true ;-))

Very good commercial service. Very short delivery times respected! Material that seems solid. Assembly a bit long. The safety clips for each piece of the frame should have been present everywhere to secure the assembly. The springs are designed for assembly without disassembly. I had to create a tool for easy disassembly, otherwise it is too hard. Once assembled, beautiful quality and the product is very responsive. I am satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

Hello, Just a small remark about the delivery, the packages were delivered in a sad state. In doubt, I noted on the delivery slip 'subject to unpacking'. Because I thought that some material might have been damaged during transport. I even have photos to prove it. But fortunately nothing was damaged. Otherwise for everything else: the website, explanations on the site, the order, delivery times, quality of the material and ease of assembly, congratulations, I am very satisfied.
