Respect for delivery times and the ordered product. Assembly seemed much easier and faster on the internet. Request for advice via Facebook and quick call from customer service for assembly explanations. Very satisfied with the assembled product. Would recommend to a friend without any problem.

Very good phone reception during the purchase. Delivery OK. It took quite a while to set up the trampoline but in the end, the kids and teens are happy. However, there is a big issue with the safety net, the attachments do not hold and detach as soon as a child jumps. We have therefore lost some attachments and now only the elastics remain... Too bad...

This trampoline has changed our lives. The kids use it every day for the past 2 months, whether after school or on weekends. They are always outside even when we can't take them to the park. The only downside is that the other garden toys are used much less!

I am extremely satisfied with this trampoline, it is beautiful, my grandson loves it and so do I. However, it takes two people to assemble it. Moreover, we can adapt games like trampo foot and the target and other things. It is very sturdy, I think it will last over time at least I am convinced of it. I recommend this trampoline but for children from 5 years old because you jump very high. Thank you to France Trampoline ***

Top delivery, fast and package of over 80kg dropped off by the delivery person at my home. Easy assembly, 3 hours nonetheless. Very satisfactory trampoline, already 1 month of frequent use. Suitable for both small and large.

Excellent trampoline, but delivery was poor... the delivery person was supposed to call before coming, he never did. We had to call several times and their delivery times are incompatible when you work. Eventually, the carrier agreed to come at 8 am one morning before we left for work to drop off the package.

Very good quality trampoline. Solid support, elastic mat, very suitable quantity of springs, thick protective cushion around the springs, good finishes. Easy assembly. Too bad the protective cover is not part of the lot. If I have the opportunity to present your product I will not hesitate to direct a potential customer to you.

Good relationship with the transport provider. Very good (however, when sending the text for the appointment for delivery, it might be good to indicate that the order is for the trampoline because given all the frauds currently.... during the first text I thought it was ***.... because they only put 1 delivery number from their side which does not correspond to the one placed with you for the order and moreover the initials that the person puts I did not know that it was the carrier.). Otherwise very good service.
