Our daughter does competitive gymnastics. She went through the fabric of our previous trampoline! We can therefore affirm that your material is really of very high quality. The only downside is the instructions and assembly explanations that must be thoroughly reviewed.

Hello Sir, we have taken your comment regarding the ordered anchoring kit into account. Indeed, your order suffered a package inversion with the carrier and you initially received a jumping mat. We sent you the correct item within 48 hours after we became aware of the problem, and the carrier picked up the incorrectly delivered package at the same time. Very good welcome during the request for information that turned into an order. Very fast delivery time - clear explanation for assembly - The only problem encountered was that 2 isolated nailed boards were placed on the pallet, underneath the trampoline package. These nails simply pierced the cardboard without damaging the trampoline.

I was very satisfied with the trampoline until the plastic hooks holding the net under the trampoline broke. One hook of the door also broke. The plastic is not strong. Otherwise, the trampoline is stable, seems solid, it inspires confidence.

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Foutrier, we have taken your comments regarding the hooks of your trampoline that break into account. Did you follow the installation instructions for the safety net, please? Indeed, it is necessary to first pass the lower edge under the trampoline before attaching the hooks. This allows for proper distribution of the safety net. Only then should the hooks be installed. Additionally, we indicate that if the net is too tight to place the hooks on the D-rings, you can place them on the side of the steel frame. Did you proceed this way for the installation? We will send you hooks to replace the defective ones, of course. How many do you need, please? The France Trampoline team.

Trampoline of very good quality, easy assembly, possible to do alone without difficulties. The only downside is the foam covers on the bars surrounding the trampoline that keep slipping, leaving the white foam unprotected in some places. Otherwise, very happy with the size (3.60m) and the design.

very good trampoline: wow 4m30. our children have fun on it from morning till night! one flaw, the safety net was a bit torn upon opening. the protective cover is easy to put on and fits very well! the delay between ordering and delivery is 5 days. I recommend it to all our friends!

very disappointed with the delivery: no call to tell me when the delivery would be made contrary to the promises of the site - the delivery person arrived unexpectedly, by chance I was home: fortunately for me I was on leave that day - the box was torn (merchandise not damaged) but impossible to check if all the parts are in the package before the delivery person left given the speed at which he drops the package and leaves - it is a small trampoline but still, the promises of the site are far from being kept - the delivery is subcontracted but the site is responsible for its subcontractor.

Hello Mr. Heintz, we have taken your comment regarding the delivery of the Minimax fitness trampoline into account. This package is currently delivered by the carrier DPD (formerly EXAPAQ) as this trampoline weighs less than 25kg. As we announce on the site (INFO ORDERS button) and in the shipping emails, the carrier only calls for leisure trampolines (!!) that weigh more than 100kg on average. It is normal in this case that the carrier passed without warning. We apologize if the information read on our site was not clear enough for you. Moreover, as you mentioned, the package arrived damaged. Like any delivery, you could refuse it if the package was really too damaged or note reservations on the delivery person's signature. After verification, there are no reservations noted on your signature for your information. If you had a problem after delivery, it would have been complicated to blame the carrier without noted reservations. Hoping to have clarified this point with you, we remain at your disposal.
