When ordering, I made a mistake in the reference and by calling customer service my order was changed. Fast and careful delivery (order on Monday and delivery on Thursday). The quality is there, a bit long to assemble, but after that it's a delight. To recommend.

We called a specialized company and chose an expensive trampoline to have quality and we were very disappointed. Especially regarding the frame: the holes for screwing are not aligned, we had to buy a drill to enlarge and align them. The holes are probably made before bending the tubes and not after as it should have been. We also had to buy a tap to redo a good part of the threads. In short, a lot of equipment to buy when the manual indicates that no other tool is necessary. Instead of a few hours, assembling the frame alone took an entire afternoon (about 7 to 8 hours). For a specialized company and for the price, the quality is not up to par!

Perfect after-sales service, fast, very happy with the trampoline. Very serious, to recommend. My daughter accidentally broke a plastic end, a phone call where I was asked to take a photo of the broken object and send it. 48 hours later I received the part without paying anything. Super positive.

The delivery was much faster than expected. Upon receiving the trampoline, one of the packages was damaged. We pointed it out to the delivery person, noted it in writing. By contacting customer service, the reception was very friendly, I sent them photos of the ladder that was bent... Within a few days I received a new one!! No discussions, no need to follow up multiple times... Really top-notch!!! The products may be a bit expensive compared to others but the quality of the products and the responsiveness are there... The safety net is great, it is perfectly taut even at the top... plus you can either fix it just at the edge of the fabric or after the springs... for safety and depending on the age of the children, it's a plus...

Satisfactory packaging and delivery. This trampoline seems to be of good quality compared to that of our neighbors and we will see in use. The drawings in the assembly manual need improvement for better understanding and to allow for faster assembly (it took us 6 hours with two people...) Very good reception from the after-sales service who quickly sent us 2 small parts that we had broken by tightening too hard. Our grandchildren (11 and 8 years old) are delighted with this trampoline.

Phone contact for information then order: very pleasant and competent person who advised me on the ideal trampoline for my sons. Very fast and punctual delivery, assembly a bit long and laborious but successful. From the first days, several plastic hooks broke; we are down to 6. I just contacted FT who immediately sends me replacement hooks with advice regarding a possible poor distribution of the net that could explain this breakage. Always very friendly contact. Very satisfied with this purchase that delights the boys.
