I had a tight deadline for delivery. The phone follow-up was effective, and the carrier was very accommodating. Good advice for choosing the trampoline (I took the 3.90 m). The assembly is long, but the instructions are well done. And above all, the trampoline seems to be of excellent quality upon assembly, and the first uses by the children and their friends confirm it.

Very happy with the material, and the speed of placing the order and delivery. Four years ago, I talked to many friends about the trampoline and many of them bought one. And it was through word of mouth that we got to know France Trampoline. However, a small regret: the carrier did not call us before coming... and for the second delivery, no call either (even though I indicated it in the delivery request)... Unfortunately, we cannot be available for several days to wait for a delivery.

Very good quality trampoline. The point of improvement, in my opinion, lies in the design of the cushion borders that cover the edge of the jumping mat: These borders bend under the cushion over time with jumps and no longer protect the feet from the springs.

Everything is fine except for the lack of clarity on the assembly instructions, particularly for the cover for Apollo 44. I broke a hook while trying to assemble it for the first time, so I was disappointed not to be able to enjoy this new material from the start. Maybe the customer service can replace the cover with this broken hook?

I would have given 5 stars if there hadn't been a small problem with the delivery: the black loops of the net did not fit on the posts, they were too narrow; I later received some adapters to fit the net. Otherwise, the trampoline is great, very sturdy compared to what I can see with others. The service is impeccable. I always recommend it to others.

the attachment of the legs to the elastic mat support arch is strange. the 'T' does not completely hold the legs. that's just my opinion.
