This trampoline tent is really great... it protects the children from bad weather, they can play in it even when it rains... In summer it protects from the sun... great the only downside I ordered in blue without paying attention and I prefer it in green because it is brighter, it would be nice if the colors were lighter to take photos without flash... we slept one night in it with mattresses the children loved the experience _ great product that attracts all the friends to our house!!!

My order went very well, they were very responsive a few days before Christmas to ensure we received our package on time. The sales team called me back very quickly after my order to explain the delivery terms. Very professional and available team... We can’t wait for winter to end so we can set up our trampoline, but if the quality of the product is comparable to the seriousness of this company, we should not be disappointed.

I received all the items as announced. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the trampoline whose springs break almost daily to the point that I can no longer use it. I still have 2 broken springs, even after repairing the others. I weigh 68kg and I practice every day for 10 minutes doing jumps of 15cm maximum, jumping in the middle of the trampoline... I am very surprised by this failure. What can I do?

The skirt is of good width, better filled than the one from the product purchased 3 years ago, the cover seems solid. Delivery was made within good time.

The children are having a blast on this trampoline! You can really see the difference between the much cheaper models from other brands and this one. It is super sturdy and the children jump super high on it. We took 1 hour and 30 minutes to assemble it together. The only downside... the small hooks that are supposed to keep the safety net taut under the trampoline, they are plastic and not sturdy. We have already broken 3 after 1 week of use. Otherwise, it was a very expensive trampoline, but it is quality so we are very satisfied.

We had a bit of trouble finishing the assembly of the upper circle of the trampoline with the instructions provided, but consulting the website was very explicit and clear.
