I am really very satisfied in all aspects, trampoline conforms to my expectations, very precise explanatory notice, fast delivery and top packaging. I even managed to test the after-sales service because two springs seemed poorly formed and after a simple little email on Sunday evening, they re-sent them to me on Monday morning. Nothing to complain about, keep it up!

Perfect in every way!! We were looking for a trampoline for our 2 children aged 4 and 7. First contact by phone for information, I was explained the entire range of trampolines and based on my needs, I was directed towards an oval trampoline (model ovalie). We hesitated because it is still a bit expensive, but we took the plunge. Delivery was perfect: it was a bit delayed, but we weren't necessarily in a hurry and when I called, they immediately looked into where the problem was. The delivery person called me to make an appointment and dropped off the packages where I wanted. He even helped me remove the film around the packages to check them. Then, for assembly, it took us a few hours with 2 people but that's normal given the structure. And for the trampoline: nothing to say. It's of super quality. When the weather is nice, they are in it from morning till night and even for an adult, it's very fun. We highly recommend!!

I am very satisfied with the service and the product offered of good quality. The net is very sturdy, the jumping mat is very tight, and the ladder is essential. However, I have a small regret regarding the assembly instructions, which are not very clear regarding the assembly of the tubes!! The trampofoot is an accessory that can be done without as it remains difficult to play ball on a trampoline. My children prefer to jump, run, catch each other, and even play cards, read...! Be careful with the door, which is certainly secure but really not easy for my children aged 5 and 7. I spend my time telling them to close the 3 fasteners (they require precision from the inside) and the velcro too. I regretted a fall through the door because my 5-year-old son forgot to close at least the velcro!! Also, be careful to distribute the weight of the jumpers well because my 7-year-old son (25 kilos) jumped with my 15-year-old brother (60 kilos) and when landing from the jump, my son took the rebound from my brother with a nice tendonitis and rest for 3 weeks!! On the other hand, an adult alone can jump and it's really great!! Highly recommend
