The delivery was very fast at the lowest rate, less than 48 hours. The protective cover is remarkably designed. Just make sure to leave some space around the trampoline to set it up and remove the safety net before putting it in place. You will just need to attach it during the next use. Furthermore, some plastic hooks were broken during delivery. France trampoline sent me 5 metal carabiners to replace them, and this for free. Once again, the delivery was ultra-fast. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and this company; this is my second trampoline, and this brand is really above those that offer a trampoline for less than 200€. If you are looking for a quality product made to last, do not hesitate.

Beautiful craftsmanship, beautiful quality. The only downside is that the ladder is not level (unnecessary for adults). I may be in the minority, but I would have liked to have it without the safety nets that I removed, finding them unnecessary (no children). Overall very positive.

The product listing is not clear enough regarding the presence or absence of the ladder in the sale price of the trampoline. It appeared in the situational photo of the trampoline and I therefore thought I would receive it. I was disappointed to find otherwise upon receiving my package. Otherwise, very efficient delivery, well-packaged parcel.

A person weighing 70kg tried it but when jumping the trampoline mat touches the ground and it's painful. I am disappointed for this reason as it was said to support up to 90kg! If there is a solution, please write to me.***
