No assembly guide with the package. The assembly guide I found is not very helpful, not precise at all! And finally a piece of advice: the brackets for fixing the net support tubes should be 3 mm longer.

After studying trampolines on the French market, we chose the Jump from France Trampoline. The sales services are good and the delivery took place correctly. The trampoline has just been assembled. It meets our expectations. However, the assembly instructions could be much better. It is not necessarily the best solution to simply translate the original instructions into French. The assembly requires tools that should be specified in advance. Additionally, at least two people are needed to assemble it. Moreover, one of the two must necessarily have strength. It is not child's play. Offering assembly at a reasonable price would be a great plus in service.

The delivery was very fast at the lowest rate, less than 48 hours. The protective cover is remarkably designed. Just make sure to leave some space around the trampoline to set it up and remove the safety net before putting it in place. You will just need to attach it during the next use. Furthermore, some plastic hooks were broken during delivery. France trampoline sent me 5 metal carabiners to replace them, and this for free. Once again, the delivery was ultra-fast. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and this company; this is my second trampoline, and this brand is really above those that offer a trampoline for less than 200€. If you are looking for a quality product made to last, do not hesitate.
