Trampoline delivered quickly and meets our expectations

Delivery on time. Slightly deformed box but no damage. Easy assembly and good quality material.

Very good product, the quality is there.. Fits very well in our small garden, relatively easy to assemble. The only downside is the delivery: you have to block the day and no delivery on Saturday.

Good quality. Well packaged. Ladder not easy to assemble. Assembly time is a bit too long. Anchoring system not great. Might need a protective cover. Final result (good finish) is largely satisfactory compared to other trampolines I have had. See wear over time. Best regards.

No problem with the order. For the delivery, there was a delay issue. Your service asked me to call the carrier, but that should have been done by your service, not asking the customer to take care of it. Upon delivery, the protective film was no longer there and one package was torn open with 2 loose metal pieces.

When you talk about the service provider, I think it refers to the delivery person. Excellent, call before arrival and delivery at the requested location, nothing to say. If the service provider is the manufacturer: I assembled the trampoline myself and was able to assess the quality of the materials. It took me a little day, it was very hot. After that, my daughter was able to test the bounce, it's great. She does it in a club with professional trampolines.

This new net is of better quality, finer mesh, secured access. However, the perimeter of the carbon fiber arc is not large enough (missing 10 cm) to fit everything correctly. There are 10 cm left where the elastic is visible and unprotected. Overall, we are happy.
