THE ORDER DELIVERED ON TIME, EVERYONE IS LISTENING, SMALL QUALITY ISSUE ON 1 HOOK OF THE SAFETY NET (BROKEN) VERY GOOD PRODUCT, VERY HIGH QUALITY AT THE FRAME LEVEL, BUT A TEENAGER JUMPING A LITTLE HIGH CAN CATCH THE FIBERGLASS ARCH THAT HOLDS THE PROTECTION NET, AND THE METAL SLEEVES ARE NOT OF THE SAME QUALITY AS THE REST, VERY THIN, ONE SLEEVE BROKE FOR NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR. OTHERWISE, THE TEAM IS VERY COMMERCIAL, I HAVE NOT YET CALLED TO EXPOSE MY PROBLEM.

Very good product, excellent quality-price ratio, package very well protected, the only downside is that one of the net's attachment on the post was missing, I had to make one, better follow-up during preparation...

The delivery was very fast at the lowest rate, less than 48 hours. The protective cover is remarkably designed. Just make sure to leave some space around the trampoline to set it up and remove the safety net before putting it in place. You will just need to attach it during the next use. Furthermore, some plastic hooks were broken during delivery. France trampoline sent me 5 metal carabiners to replace them, and this for free. Once again, the delivery was ultra-fast. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and this company; this is my second trampoline, and this brand is really above those that offer a trampoline for less than 200€. If you are looking for a quality product made to last, do not hesitate.

Beautiful craftsmanship, beautiful quality. The only downside is that the ladder is not level (unnecessary for adults). I may be in the minority, but I would have liked to have it without the safety nets that I removed, finding them unnecessary (no children). Overall very positive.
