Hello, I ordered a cushion for my trampoline, it was not indicated that it already had the bungees, so I ordered the bungees at the same time and I ended up with bungees that I don't use. It would be good to specify in the description that the bungees are included.

The order arrived quickly and in good condition just one remark: I would have appreciated a reference on the ordered mat because I had a doubt for a moment that it was not the right one. I had to overlap it with the current one to validate. Otherwise nothing to report.

There was a hiccup with the delivery service... which was immediately resolved by France Trampoline, allowing me to receive my delivery on time for the birthday it was intended for! I appreciated the efficiency and kindness of your services! Kudos to your team! I am just waiting for the cover of this trampoline which should be delivered to me mid-December.

A consistently satisfactory order processing quality at France Trampoline. However, exorbitant shipping costs considering the order of spare parts themselves (*** euros for *** euros of parts!!!). And the choice of a carrier that only offers delivery times during the day (so you can't work) or *** euros extra if you miss the appointment. The Colissimo option might be worth considering...

However, we would like to remind you that this item does not exist elsewhere at such a price (less than 80 euros) in France and Europe! The closest item is made for ski professionals who want to train on a trampoline but it tripled or quadrupled our price. We hope you will still use this sports accessory. The France Trampoline team.

I ordered a protective net to replace the one from an old model. The type of protection had changed and I had to buy a more expensive model: limited satisfaction. As a gift, I was given support bars... For the delivery, I had to wait 3 weeks. Since then, I have dismantled my trampoline for winter and I haven't dared to open the package = surprise this spring! Will it fit?
