Of course, when the driver wanted to deliver, no one was available, so I received it 5 days later (4 days after the desired day (my son's birthday)). The trampoline seems sturdy. Assembly rather easy, about 2h. I recommend without problem. Nota bene: for Corsica, delivery costs are really high. They forced me not to buy the trampoline tent.. Too bad.

I had a bit of trouble reaching the order service by phone but once this operation was completed, the sale and order went perfectly. The only downside is that delivery was supposed to take between 3 and 5 days. I called back after 8 days, and was told to call the carrier directly who wanted to deliver me 4 days later. I finally got a delivery for the next day, after 9 days. But apart from that, everything went very well, the trampoline is set up and the grandchildren are having a great time.

Trampoline conforms to the description and seems to be of very good quality. Quick appointment scheduling but very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the delivery company. Despite a half-day imposed time slot, delivery was 2 hours and 30 minutes late on the most pessimistic schedule! No proactivity to inform the customer of the delay. They told me delivery in 20 minutes then in an hour during my calls, only to end up with 2 hours and 30 minutes of delay. One piece of advice: take your whole day to wait for this delivery! Last detail: no apology of course from the delivery company which clearly considers that the customer must be at their disposal.

Needs improvement: the link between the carrier and the customer to define a delivery appointment day. Indeed, the carrier does not contact the customer to set a delivery appointment, they only send a text imposing a day that suits them.
