A Christmas gift for my grandchildren, so not yet assembled, I cannot evaluate it but it should be of good quality given the price and the comments on the site. The delivery was very fast and very serious.

Delivery was made 1 day earlier than announced, well done! However, the delivery person did not notify me beforehand... luckily I was at home. The very nice delivery person unloaded the trampoline wrapped on a pallet into my garage.

I am not satisfied with the ground fixation system. The loops are of very poor quality as they deform very easily by hand. I am not sure they will serve their purpose in case of wind. Moreover, the manual for this fixation kit is poor.

Normal online order. The next day, I received a call from the shipping service to inform me that the pallet would arrive in 2 days, followed by delivery by a lovely delivery person. And all this in the last week before Christmas!

Honestly, really not bad! Trampoline bought for the holidays, very accommodating and great delivery person, it was nice of him because otherwise Santa Claus would have been late! Trampoline assembled without rushing in 3 hours with two adults and three children testing it as we went along. The material seems solid, the instructions are accessible and it was approved on the spot. Small downside for the anchoring kit which seems light with a strap whose stitching has given way.
