Canvas purchased to replace an old trampoline of unknown brand. Customer service that advised me well for this replacement after the measurements were taken.

Overall, the product is great, the kids are having a lot of fun. However, I wanted to get in touch: I only have the plastic attachment parts of the net that I found broken.

The product seems to be of good quality. However, the adjustment straps were missing: I had to reuse the ones you delivered to me 5 years ago. The ladder is difficult to assemble, one of the rungs does not want to adjust despite several attempts. The advice and order tracking were serious.

Hello, after a very disastrous experience with a trampoline (family range) from a competing brand (not to name it "***"), where I had many problems: - Deception regarding the merchandise compared to the dimensions of the trampoline tubes, - Snags on the jumping mat - Protective cover with lots of paint marks and way too small. - Safety net too tight as it is impossible to close all the hooks of the door. - The arch holding the top of the net easily detaches from the plastic sleeves of the posts (lack of safety). - And finally, an incompetent customer service, not at the service of the customer and who does not question itself. Following these inconveniences, we switched to France trampoline (booster range), and we are very satisfied because everything is impeccable. We just had a small issue with the protective cushions and after contacting customer service (with photo proof), they quickly sent us another cushion. In conclusion, the customer service was very attentive to the issues encountered with the competing brand, they informed and reassured us well regarding their product and the after-sales service is responsive. We recommend without hesitation to any future customer.

Good quality trampoline.

Order delivered according to the announced deadline. Only small downside: the delivery person was alone to deliver a 120 kg pallet. I had clearly stated on the phone that our street was very steep. Fortunately, there were people at home. Everyone pitched in, but if I had been alone, it would have been problematic.

Fast delivery and excellent quality product. However, since the weight of the tubes is significant, France Trampoline should provide thicker packaging. Our package was torn open but all parts were present.
