Delivered on time. Package in good condition delivered to home. Could improve on the assembly instructions. Some difficulties related to the text and drawings. But the result is correct and in the end no problem. Maybe consider a cover for the mat for long exposure to the sun. Overall satisfied.

Delivery and products meet expectations

Order compliant. Delivery date error quickly corrected and at no extra cost. One drawback: the spring protection pad is poorly secured on the outside and tends to slide inward, thus exposing the top of the springs. Replacing it is tedious but essential for safety.

Once assembled, the trampoline is completely satisfactory. One connecting piece was defective but was replaced very quickly after a call to customer service.
