There was a hiccup with the delivery service... which was immediately resolved by France Trampoline, allowing me to receive my delivery on time for the birthday it was intended for! A consistently satisfactory order processing quality at France Trampoline. However, exorbitant shipping costs considering the order of spare parts themselves (*** euros for *** euros of parts!!!). And the choice of a carrier that only offers delivery times during the day (so you can't work) or *** euros extra if you miss the appointment. The Colissimo option might be worth considering...

Your collaborator was very helpful for my purchase, and the package arrived on time. One small piece of advice, the packaging box should be sturdier and better 'taped'... Arrived slightly damaged, but product intact..

I ordered a protective net to replace the one from an old model. The type of protection had changed and I had to buy a more expensive model: limited satisfaction. As a gift, I was given support bars... For the delivery, I had to wait 3 weeks. Since then, I have dismantled my trampoline for winter and I haven't dared to open the package = surprise this spring! Will it fit?
