Hello, I ordered a net and a cushion (in 360) for my trampoline. The products are of excellent quality, the cushion is thick and the whole fits perfectly on my old trampoline. I needed to contact customer service because the cushion showed deterioration, another product was sent to me three days after the complaint. I recommend the products and especially the seriousness of this company!!!

I ordered a new net because the old one had become less flexible and was tearing but I still find it of good quality because it has been 4 years since the trampoline has been outside without protection. I also ordered a jumping mat just in case the old one would give way but I see no wear in 4 years despite it spending its time outside.

I received answers to my questions during the day, I was then able to order and I received my order very quickly: perfect, as usual!
