I recommend this site, perfect delivery, well packaged and the product completely meets my expectations. The tarp fits perfectly for a trampoline of the Decathlon brand measuring 3.65m. Good quality of the tarp, I am completely satisfied.

Fast shipping but problem with the delivery person who did not respect the agreed times which delayed the delivery by a week and forced me to stay home for 2 half days waiting for him.

Very serious site, quality material, fast shipping

Very good quality tarp, perfect dimensions. The problem is the plastic attachments: they all broke with a simple pressure between two fingers!!! We couldn't even install them! We had to manage with makeshift means to attach the tarp... Really a shame for the price!

Everything is correct except for the bottom attachment hooks of the net which broke when we installed them. The quality of these hooks is very disappointing as we are quite cautious and not used to having damaged material.

It's nice to be able to easily find worn parts without having to replace the whole thing that is still functional

Completely satisfied with my order and the way it went, no problem retrieving the package from a collection point (plus there was a €3 discount if we chose this delivery method!), and the tarp I bought is easy to install and seems to be of good quality, I hope now that it will withstand the winter. ;-) I recommend +++!

A small unforeseen event caused the delivery not to happen on time... nothing important, but as time went by, I suspected that the delivery would not take place on D-Day...

Very well done site. The customer service by phone is perfect, I want to emphasize that. The ordered trampoline is of good quality, it shows and it is confirmed when you use it. The assembly is difficult in several phases but we eventually manage to do it. My only criticism concerns the delivery and is therefore directed at the carrier: although an appointment had been set, they showed up two days earlier, without warning, which caused me several types of problems.
