Fast delivery, the delivery person called to make an appointment. Very good quality trampoline. It's a bit long to assemble but 2 hours alone in the evening with lighting. Also surprised to receive a weather alert email which allowed me to anticipate and remove the protective net. Otherwise, very strong wind, I weighted the feet with concrete blocks, nothing moved. In short, France Trampoline is a very serious company.

This is the second cover I ordered, the first one being torn due to strong winds. Commercial gesture from France Trampoline (the cover was no longer under warranty - 6 months). If more attachments were added, the cover might be even more resistant to this "fragility": it tore at a fixation point.

Difficult delivery but kindness of the interlocutors allowing contact with the delivery service to make an appointment. It's a shame that the transport company does not call ahead for delivery appointments. Regarding the assembly, the instructions do not explain enough: e.g. positioning of the support feet to be oriented so that they can fit, as they can no longer be turned to place the crossbars. Some nuts (6) were missing.
