We bought a large rectangular trampoline two years ago. It was a very good purchase, the kids play on it for hours. However, I remember that home delivery was not simple even though I live in a house and had delivery to the garage. The carrier was alone for a very heavy weight and the two of us couldn't manage it. Fortunately, my neighbor, who was present that day, came to our rescue. The packages were also ripped open. For this kind of product, 2 people would be necessary. Otherwise, two weeks ago I ordered a foot trampoline, and I received it two days later. Kudos for this speed. Thank you and I recommend your site to my friends.

Delivery times respected, quick processing of the order, the trampoline is very beautiful and original and the assembly is not very complicated, one downside, it is not as bright as indicated in the description!!!

Only remark: the summer promotional offer was validated during the order but was ultimately not granted by France Trampoline. Too bad. For the rest, top service and material.

France trampoline: very good service, very responsive. Regarding the delivery company: quality was more than average. Appointment made on Monday morning: waited all morning. We learned after making the effort to call that the temporary delivery person did not show up. The least they could have done was call us to avoid wasting a day. The next day, the delivery scheduled for the afternoon arrived at noon. The delivery person was not aware, and we were lucky to be present as we had other obligations.
