Trampoline seems to be of good quality, good rebounds. Difficulty in setting up the safety net, but with YouTube help it's fine. We are happy with our purchase, and the children are delighted!

The trampoline is very good, and it was delivered on time in a professional manner. However, there are 2 problems: 1. The instructions start in French and end in Spanish. It should be chosen, and French if possible. 2. The instructions do not indicate at what height to set the stakes that hold the net. So we mounted them 3 times. But it may be due to the explanations in Spanish.

One spring is missing. I received 71 instead of 72. Can you send me the missing spring as soon as possible? Best regards,

Very happy with my purchase

The people who work for this site are REAL professionals. I ordered all the holidays and bridges of May the previous Saturday and received everything on Friday. Just too great in less than a week!!! I ordered the jump'up one size before the largest size and I assure you it's already super super big... I bought them for my 5 and a half year old son (the half is important), but it's mostly us who are having fun. Too bad I don't live in the south to use it every day (yes, Parisian life has its drawbacks). Finally, YOU ARE A PERFECT TEAM! Thank you (I assure you this is not a compliment made by someone from France trampoline), just a mother of a family more than delighted for her children.

Top net circle: needs to be reviewed on the non-glued parts and does not succeed in assembling without coming apart in places. Not reliable. A bit expensive for a trampoline that will be judged over time. Think about improving the small parts that are not really sturdy and the fiberglass rods that fit poorly.

We are delighted with our trampoline. The only downside: the carrier helped me a bit to bring the packages into my house but specified that he was not allowed to. I was alone at home so I had to pitch in. Shouldn't the delivery person deliver the package (a bit bulky after all) where the customer wishes? Other than that, very very happy with the trampoline, (we've had it for a week)
