I love the quality of your trampolines but I ordered one of your trampolines (Booster 390 pack) about ten days ago but I still haven't received it because the box was open when it arrived at the post office... so they must have sent one back from Bordeaux.

The assembly is easy for one person (for some elements, two people are needed), the instructions are detailed with diagrams (duration 2 hours). The result is of quality, it is beautiful and the quality is there. It quickly found its enthusiasts.

Regarding the delivery, there were no issues, a phone call 2 days before delivery to block a delivery day and then another on the same day. I only give 4 stars because I haven't assembled the trampoline yet (I live in BRITTANY where it rarely rains) but from what I saw upon unpacking, no problem, it's not damaged and well packaged, there is no reason for the rest not to go well. I recommend

Speed of ordering and delivery. Easy to consult site, easy to read assembly instructions. The only issue at delivery, no one called to set a delivery appointment as stated on the site!! The package therefore waited all day in the rain.... Fortunately, all the packages were there...

We are very happy with our purchase. Upon arrival of the package, two small sleeves were missing which were sent to us immediately. We had difficulty putting the fiberglass tubes in place to install the net, they seemed too short and well France trampoline sent us an extra piece of tube at the same time as the sleeves. The trampoline seems solid since it has been installed, my 3 children use it almost every day. We hope it lasts over time.

Respect for delivery times. The sales team is very helpful. Assembling the trampoline is indeed long but the explanations provided via the assembly guide are very clear. But it is imperative to have two people to assemble it.
