Very good quality-price ratio for the trampoline, package received in good condition but average delivery service. Order placed on 25/04 and received on 03/05, correct delay, but one day blocked at home waiting for delivery. Already the time slot for the appointment between 9 am and 3 pm was too wide but when around 3:30 pm I call the delivery company that I still have not been delivered, they inform me that the delivery has been postponed between 3 pm and 6 pm and that they are sorry for forgetting to inform me... not great. Luckily I was on vacation that day, the delivery finally took place in the evening around 6 pm and it was compliant.

Service, delivery and packaging impeccable. Instructions quite clear, except for the safety net part which was only in Italian and incorrect (the bottom of the support poles for the net does not touch the ground in the instructions). Still regarding installation, one or two screws, washers and other hardware as surplus would not be a luxury. However, nothing was missing in the packages. The material smells good quality once installed and the children are already delighted.

SUPER! Reactivity in the order, impeccable delivery, relatively simple assembly done with my 9-year-old son. Also worth mentioning, a great after-sales service to send me (for free) a rod for the upper frame, allowing to better tension the net at the top! In short, this is a game already used daily for 1 month when it doesn't rain, which is a bit difficult for now.... Thank you!

Trampoline received on a pallet in 5 well-protected packages. Easy assembly with the help of the manual & video online. The materials seem robust (to be seen over time: here marine climate) & the finish is neat. Contact made with customer service for the jumping mat: immediate response & handling (less than 24h). Quick & efficient reaction to all exchanges via the site or Facebook... Very good customer service.. Excellent site. Order placed on a Sunday evening and delivered on Friday morning, all this with the public holiday on May 1st in between, FABULOUS!!! The 3m60 trampoline assembled without difficulty, no missing parts. The kids can't get enough of it, very good quality trampoline, I have already advertised it to my friends and colleagues :)

The trampoline corresponds well to our purchase. Only downside, the pallet is slightly crushed but after unpacking, the trampoline is in good condition. But you are not to blame.
