Jump'Up 430 trampoline purchased on April 22 and delivered on April 29. Assembly without problems, the T-assembly system is clever and the whole seems very robust. The prices are not the cheapest but the quality and service are there!

the deadlines and the material are very good, the only downside is the delivery person, he contacted me on Tuesday for the delivery, I proposed Wednesday or Friday afternoon, he suggested Thursday or Friday from 09:00, I asked him if the delivery would be at 09:00 and he replied that the delivery is between 09:00 and 16:00, I agreed on Friday, I took my morning off and the delivery was made at 15:45, I think the delivery person could have known the time he would pass and I took my half-day off for nothing, in conclusion satisfied with France trampoline but not with their delivery person.

We ordered the jump'up 360 with the net and the trampofoot. We wanted a trampoline that could be used by all family members and that was of good quality so that the children could use it for a few more years. This trampoline perfectly meets all these criteria, we are very very happy with the product and also with the service. We were not particularly in a hurry for delivery but it is true that it is nice to receive it so quickly!

The delivery of the trampoline was very fast and everything arrived well packaged. All parts were delivered, nothing was missing. The assembly instructions are quite clear and well written... We assembled the trampoline with two adults and a teenager. But it requires a bit of dexterity and time (about five hours to assemble everything: trampoline 4.30 m + net + ladder)
