The site is very clear. I had a question about the delivery date and I received the answer to my question in less than 48 hours. The delivery went exactly as planned. The packages were on time. One suggestion though: consider stronger packaging or, better, more packages to make them easier to transport. The main package weighed about 100 kilos, which is way too much!

The product - an Ovalie 490 - is compliant and seems to be of good quality (material, finishes).

Many different models. Too bad not to have more precision on the restocking of unavailable items (for example, May is quite a broad indication!).

Very good product. Excellent stability and jump quality. Only minor flaws: the fiberglass arch that comes undone in its bundle, and a few springs (4 out of 104) with misaligned hooks. These defects have no impact on the safety and performance of the product. Easy assembly (even alone).

The material was received correctly and on time, thank you. HOWEVER, the fiberglass arc does not go around the trampoline, which causes the net to lean to one side: it looks bad and is not compliant with the visuals presented on the site. Do you have a solution to correct this error, it’s as if you sent us an arc suitable for a Jump'UP 360 or 390 trampoline while we ordered a 430. WE COUNT ON YOUR RESPONSE. Best regards,

I find the quality of the product really very good. Very easy to install, and very well secured for younger children. Small downside, on the delivery which was really catastrophic.

No problems with the order and tracking. Very good delivery service. Packaging may be too compressed as one of the tubes was damaged... Very good product with some difficulties in assembly (more than 3 hours), especially for the safety net to stretch it correctly, the fiberglass rods cracked... so disappointed on this point. Moreover, there is no protection for the joints of the rods as indicated in the manual.

The assembly of the Jump'up 460 trampoline is very easy, it is assembled in 2 hours. Delivery is quite fast and the quality-price ratio is a bit excessive... The delivery person was very nice.
