Hello, I have received my trampoline, fast shipping, just need to assemble it! Living in a very windy area, I also ordered the anchoring kit. Our 4-year-old son is eager to try it out along with the tent ordered with it! Model: jumper 4.30 m with net, thank you for your seriousness.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the quality of the Jump'up trampoline I chose. The purchase and delivery went well and the people I was able to contact for the latter were very friendly. I still have a criticism to make about the quality of the assembly manual, it is not up to the level of the product. I searched the site to see if a manual was online but I found nothing. Example: no indication on the assembly direction of the safety net, the opening to enter the trampoline must have the Velcro inside and the hooks outside, I realized this at the end and of course it was upside down. The detail of assembling the cover on the safety net posts was missing. In one image, the cover is seen inside the upper hook but by following the assembly diagram, it is found outside.

Article available earlier than expected, assembly without problems, excellent value for money.

Two small criticisms on the support posts of the safety net: the coverings of the posts are not waterproof (these coverings will remain damp, become dirty and oxidize the posts) and the plastic hooks of the net are difficult to engage around the top of the net and the stiffening rod.

I TRIED THE TRAMPOLINE SUPER. I HAD PAIN FOR THREE DAYS IN MY LEGS AND BACK. FOR THE ABS WOMEN GO FOR IT. MY CHILDREN HAVE NOT TRIED IT YET BECAUSE THEY WENT TO GRANDMA'S I THINK THEY WILL BE DELIGHTED. I EVEN HAVE A 70-YEAR-OLD NEIGHBOR WHO TRIED IT. THERE IS JUST THE LADDER THAT IS TOO STEEP WE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER SYSTEM.

Trampoline and delivery met my expectations!

Purchase in March 2012... Today at the end of August 2012... and after long sessions ... the product remains in very good condition despite the various and multiple uses by the children.... I think I will take it apart for the winter.... but otherwise the net and the jumping mat hold up well. Just a note... now the springs are starting to make noise... I think playing on it with the water jet might be the cause. A good product that I recommend.
