However, I have a major reservation about the delivery of a small package that was shipped at a later time: the carrier Exapaq is not at all suitable for individuals. They come without notifying the recipient, and it is impossible to take a more precise delivery slot than the day. Moreover, the address of the Exapaq depot I depend on is unknown to GPS, websites, and other city maps, not to mention the access plan available on the Exapaq site which is incorrect! In short, major reservation about the choice of carrier.

Trampoline received on time, of good quality, assembly in 2 hours. The only downside is the protective cushion of the trampoline that barely covers the springs. It could extend more over the jumping mat to avoid stepping on a spring.

The stock supply regarding the advertisements received through the newsletters was incorrect, and therefore the stock was depleted, which is a shame... as a result, the delivery was delayed by several days. Otherwise, nothing to say. The delivery people had the presence of mind to call before each delivery, finally competent people. No issues. Delivery was in accordance with the purchased products.

Hello, the quality of the items is very good, but I really had big problems with the delivery. Delivery day not respected despite a phone call from the carrier to confirm the delivery. Then, I had to call to get a second delivery appointment that has still not been respected. Big anger because I lost 2 days of vacation waiting in vain for the package and finally a delivery... For now, I remain really on the negative side... Too bad!!!

Very commercial, the trampoline we identified was no longer in stock (the only downside is that you need to update your site + regularly) you offered us another trampoline a bit larger but at a very interesting price. The trampoline itself is solid and robust & made in France finally!! Which proves that it is possible to manufacture in France and offer interesting prices. Well done!

Three words qualify this company: - Quality: quality of the material and it is French. Really, compared to other trampolines that are cheaper, the solidity seems to be there, to be seen in the long term. - Efficiency: efficiency of the sales service, very friendly. Purchase made online on Sunday, call from the sales service on Monday at the first hour and shipment of the package in the afternoon. - Speed: packages received on Thursday 600 km from the company. A small point of improvement would be to manufacture a specific ladder for trampolines with a diameter < 3m to avoid having to dig a hole to make it level. Company to recommend for a purchase.
