Nothing to say, everything went very well, the product is very high quality, very satisfied with the service and the product. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

I bought a rectangular trampoline of 3m x 2m with nets. Very good manufacturing without problems during assembly. I weigh 70 kg, the structure's support and the fabric's resistance seem very good. The kids love it. However, we are very far from the 72 hours delivery after the order. 11 days in my case. I recommend this product.

Delivery took longer than indicated (order 01.04. - delivered 12.04.). The first appointment with Kühne & Nagel was not respected because the driver was not informed??!

The assembly is easy for one person (for some elements, two people are needed), the instructions are detailed with diagrams (duration 2 hours). Regarding the delivery, there were no issues, a phone call 2 days before delivery to block a delivery day and then another on the same day. I only give 4 stars because I haven't assembled the trampoline yet (I live in BRITTANY where it rarely rains) but from what I saw upon unpacking, no problem, it's not damaged and well packaged, there is no reason for the rest not to go well. I recommend

Speed of ordering and delivery. Easy to consult site, easy to read assembly instructions. The only issue at delivery, no one called to set a delivery appointment as stated on the site!! The package therefore waited all day in the rain.... Fortunately, all the packages were there...

Having had snow until recently we set up our trampoline late compared to the delivery. Nothing to say about the assembly, no problem and exceptional quality. Days of fun in perspective.
