Very satisfied with France Trampoline. However, a bit less happy with the delivery company (appointment set for a Friday morning and nothing was indicated to the driver so...) Fortunately, the driver did his best to deliver to me as soon as possible.

2 small issues: 1 - the package is very very heavy and can only be transported by 2 people; a suggestion: can you split this package to make it more transportable? 2 - Your carrier is not reliable: they promised to deliver to me on Monday 5/11 but at 5 PM, nothing. I then called them and learned that they had left the packages on the dock because they were too heavy, without notifying me. During the phone call: the person met my expectations. However, I had asked the delivery person to call before delivery and he did not do so, therefore delivered with a week's delay!!!

Very good customer welcome and appropriate advice for what we were looking for. France-Trampoline is a company that inspires confidence. However, two small downsides: - the fixings of the two "hoops" of the net at the top do not hold very well; the system with the Velcro comes undone barely mounted, which is normal given the tension exerted and the too low fitting measure. Can you propose a solution to remedy this? - the independent delivery service made a mistake on the day and made me wait a whole day without delivering. Disappointment. The delivery therefore had to be postponed. Two blocked days waiting for delivery, which is quite unpleasant. Nevertheless, a top product, the children are delighted. Thank you.

The trampoline is very good. I have very damaged knees and wanted to let off steam without injuring myself. So I use it very gently, legs almost straight and on tiptoes for 1 to 2 minutes. It's perfect for me, it's a good compromise as long as you are reasonable.
