1- assembly of the ladder! It would possibly require additional information for this assembly which seems very simple at first; the pieces do not fit well; it had to be forced... too bad to lose 35 minutes for a small ladder while the assembly of the trampoline itself went well.

Jump up trampoline installed for a week seems to be of very good composition. The children (10-8-4 years) are enjoying it to the fullest. Perfect trampoline, meeting our expectations and those of our grandchildren who have made it their favorite pastime! However, there was a hiccup regarding the not-so-quick delivery and a lack of information from the carrier.

Very responsive company, order placed in the morning shipped in the afternoon!!! No premium number to contact them. For the trampoline assembly, be sure to check out the videos available on the site, it complements the instructions well! I find the assembly of the trampoline base very clever but above all of quality. I recommend France trampoline for its seriousness and the quality of its products.

The site is well designed, it is easy to compare different trampolines. The all-inclusive offers are perfect. Great purchase of excellent quality. The assembly is simple. We really took our time and in 3 hours it was done, the kids were jumping. Our only difficulty was with the net bars, you need to make sure to fit them male/female to form the circle. Not having thought of this, we spent a bit of time removing and then putting the bars back in their place. I recommend your site to everyone.

One point to improve: the delivery company that forces you to block the day to receive the package. The delivery person did not want to drop the packages at the bottom of the stairs, because it is supposedly not in the contract, not all houses are on the ground floor!
