I was really surprised by the overall service: Order placed online around 8:00 AM. Phone call around 9:00 AM to verify the accuracy of the technical data. Delivery the next day. Installation without any problem on the same day. So I and the kids are happy!!!

We were delivered on time. The trampoline is very well made, the manual is well constructed, nothing to complain about!

For the trampoline, it is very simple to assemble, the design is simple and effective. The only small downside is that a fixing nut for the net structure was missing. Otherwise, nothing to report.

Relatively easy assembly, you need to take the time to understand the setup well. The components seem to be of excellent quality. 3 children aged 3 to 11 are having fun without any problems on a 360 cm trampoline.

My daughter just received an Oxygen range trampoline for her 6th birthday. She is delighted and the rest of the family is too, especially her 17-year-old brother.

Fast delivery. After comparison, the quality of the trampoline is much superior to those from large stores. The only small complaint is that the safety net is considered an accessory and is only guaranteed for 6 months. One could easily be tempted by certain accessories, but the 19€ shipping fee calms things down a bit.

The transporters delivered the package to the house without making an appointment with us. They even left it with the neighbor, so I couldn't check its condition (fortunately no problem).

Very available and friendly people during calls. Email requests are handled quickly. Small downside on the carrier who was supposed to arrive at 9 am and finally arrived at 2 pm. A bit of a shame because it blocked my whole morning for nothing.

The only issue encountered was regarding the contents of the order: the supplied parts did not match the size of the trampoline. Product of very good quality a downside for the delivery time slot from 9 am to 3 pm I had to call at 3 pm to learn that the delivery person had not found the street during his morning delivery. A day blocked when he could have simply made a phone call...

Very good quality trampoline, relatively simple assembly, clear instructions. The smallest model is very suitable for young children (4 and 2 years old). I just regret the purchase of the roof which does not fit well to the structure of the trampoline and makes it a bit like a "greenhouse" for the summer. Fast delivery and prior contact by the carrier.

Quality product, delivered within the agreed time. The children are delighted! and so are the parents... the assembly is quite easy and quick but there is a missing tool to attach the springs when it becomes difficult because you have to pull hard to attach the spring to the support. Fortunately, a friend lent us what we needed. Without that, we risk getting hurt if we let go when the spring is tense. The tool provided is apparently not made for that. It only serves to fit the legs into the structure.

I bought a Jump'up 430 trampoline 3 weeks ago. My package was delivered exactly as planned, the net was out of stock and I just received it today (I had been informed of this as soon as my order was validated). I had to call the customer service for information and advice, the welcome and responsiveness were on point. The trampoline and the net are of very good quality and seem much more robust than those I have seen so far. To summarize: I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.
