Fast delivery. After comparison, the quality of the trampoline is much superior to those from large stores. The only small complaint is that the safety net is considered an accessory and is only guaranteed for 6 months. One could easily be tempted by certain accessories, but the 19€ shipping fee calms things down a bit.

The transporters delivered the package to the house without making an appointment with us. They even left it with the neighbor, so I couldn't check its condition (fortunately no problem).

I just regret the purchase of the roof which does not fit well to the structure of the trampoline and makes it a bit like a "greenhouse" for the summer. Quality product, delivered within the agreed time. The children are delighted! and so are the parents... the assembly is quite easy and quick but there is a missing tool to attach the springs when it becomes difficult because you have to pull hard to attach the spring to the support. Fortunately, a friend lent us what we needed. Without that, we risk getting hurt if we let go when the spring is tense. The tool provided is apparently not made for that. It only serves to fit the legs into the structure.

I bought a Jump'up 430 trampoline 3 weeks ago. My package was delivered exactly as planned, the net was out of stock and I just received it today (I had been informed of this as soon as my order was validated). I had to call the customer service for information and advice, the welcome and responsiveness were on point.
