Ordering process and customer support really top-notch at France trampoline. I needed some advice before confirming my order; it took me less than 1 minute to get in touch with a competent advisor! However, in terms of delivery, I live in the Southeast of France, it took more than 5 working days... (order on Friday afternoon via the site => delivery on the Monday of the second week)

No problem with France Trampoline: clear site, complete assembly instructions... However, the carrier did not respect the contract to notify of delivery 72 hours in advance. The sales service of France Trampoline apologized, which is positive.

Hello, in case of product unavailability, I would have liked to be debited the amount due only at the time of order preparation and not when placing the order especially when the availability date of the product is approximate. Other than this principle inconvenience, the web ordering process is correct and the phone service is pleasant (welcoming interlocutor).

the ordering process was impeccable: simple, fast... no problem, the hip hop trampoline is really very good, very good quality and nice design.... nothing to complain about except a small detail: the cover that covers the springs should have more elastics to hold it better when my children jump... but this is nothing compared to the quality of the product!!! very good investment, the children are delighted...

Hello I was very well advised on the choice of my trampoline, however at my order I took a double chair hammock and I would have liked more advice, I find myself without the fixing set while I thought it was included, so I have to order it and pay shipping costs which is not normal, I contacted the services who did not propose anything in commercial effort

hello, very good quality trampoline, fast delivery but problem with the carrier: the first time he called me, we agreed on a morning delivery, being absent all afternoon, problem: he came around 4 PM, he left the package with a neighbor and the second time the carrier called me when he was in front of my house, I was absent.
