For me and for now everything is perfect. When I placed my order I immediately knew that the trampoline I bought was not available and you even offered me another cheaper but available. I had the opportunity to call your services to check if the 3 checks of my purchase had been received. I got my answer and I am (Elena my 7-year-old granddaughter is eager to try it.

we just received and assembled our trampoline...4.30 m, with net and ladder 2 hours of assembly for two, but readable, clear instructions (except for the spring tool which is actually the same pliers to tighten the T-pieces and not mentioned in the instructions) You can feel that the quality is there and that the assembly is well thought out. Not a screw in the assembly the delivery service is very flexible and adapts well to our busy lives... a call to customer service during assembly, very competent. In short, just incomparable with mass-market products (like for example the trick of the fiberglass rod system for the nets, simple and effective) Or the very solid opening system. Honestly, just excellent !!!!

It's a shame that the product was marked as available at the time of order when it was not the case. Otherwise, the site is very well done and makes you want to buy the products.

The delivery person needs to call the day before delivery and not 5 minutes before.
