Order and delivery without any issues. The assembly of the trampoline is well explained and the whole seems solid. Two small defects: the rods at the top of the safety net tend to come loose and we had to tape them; the skirt is a bit short and we have difficulty closing it. The children have been having a great time since the trampoline was installed a week ago.

Fast delivery. The capricious weather of the last few weeks led us to leave the boxes in the garage for 2 weeks! The trampoline is finally set up in the garden. It is splendid! To see in use...

For now, only satisfaction: delivery within 72 working hours, easy assembly (mostly alone, 2 for the net arch). Only downside, the main box was torn underneath in the part that overflowed from the pallet (could not be seen at delivery), and a pack of springs was missing, but fortunately, it fell at the time of unloading because I found it afterwards where the truck was parked. I placed the order by phone, and I was very well received. Very good opinion for now, I hope that in use over time it will be the same.

Upon delivery of the order, the box containing the trampoline was a bit damaged, which made us fear that it might be damaged. But it was not and we appreciated that a person (the carrier I believe) contacted us to clarify that if there was a problem related to the box, he was at our disposal.

The children are really happy. Very nice color, this green blends very well into the landscape. Only negative point: the delivery was quite long: 10 days of waiting... because we live in the Nord department 59 so there was distance.

Nothing to report for the purchase of a Jump'Up 360 except for the anchoring kit which does not have the same quality as the rest of the equipment (straps and attachments a bit 'light'). Delivery on the scheduled date.

The information email to say that the trampoline is shipped arrives a few days before the actual shipment of the material. We thought therefore of a faster delivery than expected! Otherwise good quality of customer service and the trampoline. Quality incomparable to products from large stores! The 'booster 360' trampoline brings joy to our little ones (6 years and 2 years) and the parents.

The quality of services from France trampoline is very satisfactory. We just installed the trampoline (which we had ordered for Christmas). The only small remark would be to perhaps improve the installation manual of the material. Indeed, the images corresponding to the different parts are not very clear, perhaps a photo of the parts would help to better identify them.
