A missing spring (a simple phone call with a very pleasant reception and the spring arrived the next day by carrier) Very good product, very good packaging, very fast and professional delivery... In short, FRANCE TRAMPOLINE is a company I recommend to all my friends and to all readers of this review... after an easy assembly, the children are delighted and the parents as well... BRAVO!

Very important; advise purchasing the skirt when you have young children as they could get seriously hurt (hits on the head) by going under the trampoline. Make a bundle PACK Trampoline+Net+Ladder+TrampoFoot+Pocket Skirt.

Your logistics subcontractor (CA) did not respect the deadlines, and above all, is not in contact with the customer. We had to call and follow up 5 times without ever getting a response, whereas once we contacted France Trampoline directly, it was perfect. The call center staff is very friendly, professional, and above all competent!

On Wednesday, I received an email from France Trampoline "the material is on its way, a carrier will contact you within 72 hours"... I waited a week and called the carrier to be reassured. Indeed, my delivery was well on its way, it arrived on Thursday morning, which is one week and 1 day after the email from France Trampoline. This is not exactly 72 hours, but it remains a very reasonable delay. Complete package, very well packaged. The assembly of the trampoline was perfect, just follow the instructions in the booklets which are quite simple to understand... even for a Sunday DIYer like me! I also wanted to thank the sales service for their listening and advice. THANK YOU.

No issues with the order, we received the trampoline booster 360 within 3 days of the order. Otherwise, very satisfied with the merchandise, the trampoline is really of very good quality, and the assembly was quite quick, I thought it would take much longer. We were able to test it as a family, the big ones had as much fun as the little ones.

Delivery in 48 working hours. The box was a bit damaged upon arrival, but all the parts were present. Easy assembly even if requiring some muscle strength. Good quality product and serious company.

Nothing particular regarding the ordering and delivery process. Everything was impeccable. The assembly instructions seem a bit cheap and are not very clear even if the assembly remains very simple. The instructions for the anchoring kit are in English, which is not a problem either but shows that France trampoline did not bother to make a minimum translation.
