Pretty to see and not too difficult to assemble.

The ordered product being out of stock we do not have the precise delivery date. The information is well transmitted by email. I think I will receive the product as agreed at the end of April.

we just received and assembled our trampoline...4.30 m, with net and ladder 2 hours of assembly for two, but readable, clear instructions (except for the spring tool which is actually the same pliers to tighten the T-pieces and not mentioned in the instructions) You can feel that the quality is there and that the assembly is well thought out. Not a screw in the assembly the delivery service is very flexible and adapts well to our busy lives... a call to customer service during assembly, very competent. In short, just incomparable with mass-market products (like for example the trick of the fiberglass rod system for the nets, simple and effective) Or the very solid opening system. Honestly, just excellent !!!!

It's a shame that the product was marked as available at the time of order when it was not the case. Otherwise, the site is very well done and makes you want to buy the products.

The delivery person needs to call the day before delivery and not 5 minutes before.
