Simple and easy-to-access website for a quick order. I appreciated the payment in installments without fees, as well as the order tracking. The delivery person called as agreed to make an appointment and delivered within the timeframe. We are eagerly awaiting the net! The quality of the trampoline is remarkable compared to other less expensive brands... We are delighted on all points. Armelle

Hello I was very well advised on the choice of my trampoline, however at my order I took a double chair hammock and I would have liked more advice, I find myself without the fixing set while I thought it was included, so I have to order it and pay shipping costs which is not normal, I contacted the services who did not propose anything in commercial effort

hello, very good quality trampoline, fast delivery but problem with the carrier: the first time he called me, we agreed on a morning delivery, being absent all afternoon, problem: he came around 4 PM, he left the package with a neighbor and the second time the carrier called me when he was in front of my house, I was absent. Too bad because at the material level everything is perfect, I recommend France trampoline

Very quick delivery and very professional contact. The only complaint, too bad that at this price, there is no protective cover included to protect the fabric from bird droppings and others.

Hello, Hello we ordered on your site. The processing time for the order was very quick. However, we have a remark to make about the delivery. We received a delivery notice in our mailbox without having been informed beforehand of their arrival. It would have been wise to be informed by SMS or email of the day and time slot for delivery so that we could make arrangements to receive the package. We called the delivery unit specifying the future delivery date and they did not take our request into account (the delivery did not take place). In summary, the delivery time is longer than your order processing time. Best regards

I find the ordering service efficient and clear but I cannot say if I am completely satisfied as I have not yet received my trampoline.

Long but easy assembly, a second person needed towards the end (5 hours) the new nets with fiberglass arches are really good, finish and efficiency top. As an adult (70 kg), this trampoline is very fun, super bounce, be careful as you can go very high. The entrance door and the chassis are perfect. The oval shape in 430 allows for good movement across the entire surface. 10-year-old children (25 kg) have a lot of fun and the bounce is also excellent. Very clear site for an easy order, fairly quick delivery and well-tracked transport. Very good product, well-designed assembly instructions in French. Trampoline received at noon, lunch break, assembly, first jumps at 4 PM. The trampoline has been in place for about a month and brings joy to three kangaroos... (mandatory passage after school). Notably, a pleasant look that does not stand out in the garden (blue/green color, flower and leaf pattern on the net posts). I will contact France trampoline for accessories and spare parts and already recommend the site to my circle.

On Tuesday, May 22, the delivery company contacted us to set a date and time for delivery, so we agreed on an appointment with the delivery person for Wednesday, May 23 in the morning because we had a constraint in the afternoon starting at 3:30 PM -- we had to contact the delivery company again on May 23 at 2:00 PM because no delivery person had come, contacted again at 3:00 PM -- finally a call from the company at 3:45 PM announcing that the delivery person had arrived, he forced the gate to enter (electric gate opening in the French way) we had to manage to be present for the delivery - the delivery person did apologize for the delay otherwise trampoline OK

When ordering small items, 19€ for shipping is excessive, a more standard and cheaper carrier should be chosen. The ordering process is impeccable but I am very disappointed with the 2 sleeves received, made of very different fabric from the ones I already had. Customer support is very good but the last 2 people I spoke to on the phone did not give the same information, which is a shame. I will probably use the site again since I have a mischievous dog who decided to tear apart my trampoline, I am buying it piece by piece. That’s also why the 19€ shipping annoys me. I already bought a protective cover on *******, cheaper and without shipping costs (but less practical I admit, also less sturdy but under the dog's teeth, same result)
