I did not give the maximum, because it is (in my opinion) very unfortunate that the gift offered with the order is not part of the initial delivery. So a small downside at that level!!! Otherwise, everything else was impeccable, but as I said previously, I hope that the delivery of the offered accessory (in this case the "trampo foot") will not take too long; because it is a birthday gift, and it would be more than unfortunate if the entire package did not arrive on the day.

Good trampoline, the kids are delighted and the adults too! The 4.30 m is a good size. The manual is not very clear especially for setting up the net: the "ring" in fiberglass rod is not included and I couldn't get it to be... We hesitated to take the protective cover: luckily we didn't do it because it would have been very difficult to set it up with the net and I don't think I read this warning anywhere.

Fast, efficient, package very well packed and complete, the only small downside, as usual the carrier gives you an appointment in the morning and finally only arrives in the afternoon and it takes up your whole day.......

I am completely satisfied. There just needs to be better communication between our delivery times and the delivery person. I indicated on my order form that I wanted to be delivered one afternoon and the delivery person came in the morning.
